Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LeadFinderPro. Because it is downloadable software, this policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

Editable choice: the policy below offers a fair, review-friendly 14-day conditional guarantee. Adjust the window and the conditions to match how generous you want to be (for example a no-questions-asked window, or a stricter policy) before you publish.

1. How purchases & refunds are processed

LeadFinderPro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. Note that, independently of this policy, Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion in order to prevent chargebacks.

2. Our guarantee

If LeadFinderPro does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue with you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will review your request in good faith and in line with applicable consumer-protection law.

3. What qualifies

  • The software fails to install or run on a supported Windows system and we cannot fix it;
  • The software is materially not as described on our website.

4. What usually does not qualify

  • A change of mind after you have downloaded and used the software;
  • Google Places API charges — these are billed by Google, not by us, and are never refundable through us;
  • Your device not meeting the Windows requirements stated on our website;
  • Issues caused by misuse, or by not following the setup instructions (including the API-key and “run as administrator” guidance).

5. Digital content & EU withdrawal right

LeadFinderPro is digital content delivered instantly by download. Under EU consumer law, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal can be lost once download/use begins, where you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout. This policy sets out the guarantee we offer in addition to your mandatory legal rights, which it does not remove.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@leadfinderpro.net with your order number and a short description of the problem. We may first try to help you get the software working. If a refund is approved, it is processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method; any applicable taxes are refunded with it. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
